Products
Our sauces, jams and chutneys and seasonal products are made in small batches. Because of this, colour, texture and consistency may vary slightly between batches.
Product descriptions, ingredients, allergens. storage information and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Allergen information is provided before purchase and is on the product packaging.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer either a refund or an alternative where appropriate.
Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£)
Payment must be made at the checkout using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
Delivery
UK standard delivery is £4.95.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may occasionaly be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure the delivery address supplied at the checkout is correct.
Local Collection
Free local collection is available from Mary Puppins Pet Pantry, 20 High Street, Emsworth, PO10 7AW
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before collectiong.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will received confirmation by email. This will include details of your order and the delivery or collection method selected.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where cancellation right apply to an online order, customers generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Certain goods can be expempt depending on their nature and condition. Full details of our returns, refunds and damaged-goods procedure are set out in our Refund Policy.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can resolve the issue.
