How it started:

Uncle Dan's Sauces started in a home kitchen in Emsworth, simply as something for Dan to focus on while living with End-stage renal failure and heart failure, whilst waiting for a transplant.
 
What began as a few experiments soon turned into something much bigger - helped along the way by one very proud mother who started telling pretty much everyone about the sauces
 
Dan still insists that if she'd kept quiet, none of this would have happened.
 
Friends and family tried them, asked for more and before long Uncle Dan's Sauces had properly begun.
 
Every sauce is still made from scratch in small batches, with bold flavours, proper ingredients with plenty of tasting and experimenting along the way.
 
What started as a distraction has become something Dan is genuinely proud to put his name on.
